2. Profile Creation Rules

  • Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in names, photos, or descriptions is strictly prohibited.
  • You may only create one profile per person. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Privacy & Data Usage

  • We do not ask for sensitive personal details such as bank account numbers, passwords, or OTPs.
  • We never demand or request money individually. Payments are accepted only through the official website packages.
  • Your personal information is used only for the purpose of matchmaking and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Payments

  • All payments are to be made only through WaniMatrimony.com’s official payment gateway.
  • We do not authorize any individual, agent, or third-party to collect money on our behalf.
  • Packages once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for verifying the details of any prospective match before proceeding with communication or marriage.
  • Exercise caution and due diligence while sharing personal information with other members.
  • Report any suspicious activity, fake profiles, or monetary requests immediately to our support team.

6. Our Limitations

  • WaniMatrimony.com acts only as a facilitator for introductions within the community.
  • We do not guarantee marriage or compatibility of any alliance.
  • We are not responsible for any disputes, frauds, or mismatches arising between members or families.
  • The platform is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences of interactions between users.

7. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Posts misleading, offensive, or fraudulent content.
  • Engages in harassment, abuse, or unlawful activities.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik courts, Maharashtra, India.
